3.2 Each member represents, warrants and agrees that the use by this member of the Service and the sites shall not:

8.1 This Agreement and the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Eutopia.Market regarding and govern the use of the Service, superseding any prior written or oral agreements relating to the same subject matter herein.
 
8.2 Eutopia.Market and Member are independent contractors and there is no agency, partnership, partnership, employee-employer or franchisee-franchisee relationship.

8.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be implemented.

8.4 The titles are intended for reference purposes only and do not define, limit, interpret or describe in any way the scope or scope of this section.

8.5 Eutopia.Market's failure to impose a right under this Agreement in the event of a member's failure to comply with the provisions of the Agreement does not imply that Eutopia.Market will waive this right or that it will waive its right to act on subsequent or similar violations.

8.6 Eutopia.Market shall have the right to assign this Agreement (including all rights, titles, benefits, interests and obligations and duties under this Agreement) to any person or entity (including all Eutopia.Market affiliates). The Member may not assign, in whole or in part, this Agreement to any person or entity.

8.7 THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ROMANIA.

8.8 In the event of any conflict between the English language version and any other language version of this Agreement, the English language version shall prevail.
