CREATE / MODIFY CONT

You can join Eutopia.Market for free! Upon registration in the system, you will specify your identification and contact details, as well as the delivery address (es). If changes in your home address and / or name occur over time, you will need to change this information in your MyEutopia account.

LOGIN

At each entry in the system you log in (via email and password). If you forgot your password, you can request a new one. Changing the password is also possible. You can also log in with your Facebook, Google or Linkedin account. In these cases, however, you will have to compete for the data requested in addition to your MyEutopia account.

ADDING PRODUCTS TO THE SHOPPING CART

You can browse the offer step by step, navigating through the product categories, or search for the name of the desired product (top of the screen). By clicking on the picture or the name of a product you are interested in, in the newly opened screen, you will see several offer positions. Select from them the desired position, fill in the quantity and click on the icon that represents the shopping cart, next to the respective offer position. Do the same until the order is completed. If you fail to complete the order in one session, your shopping cart will remain saved in the system, so you can resume shopping later.
Important to know: Eutopia.Marrket displays all offers, regardless of the time and method of delivery. This way you can order products that will be delivered within several months. In this way we facilitate production based on the order. However, you can filter the offer by the desired delivery period.

ORDER REGISTRATION

After completing your purchases, register your order by following these steps:

  • View / edit order. In a shopping session you can order products from one or more suppliers, respecting the conditions of each. You will be able to view the order in 2 ways: global and by each supplier. You can also change the quantity of some items or even cancel items in the order. After making the changes, click on the "Order recalculation" option. If there are suppliers that require a minimum value for accepting an order, you are informed if this condition is not met. If the requirements are met, you can proceed to the next step.
     
  • Change delivery address (if desired). If you need the order to be delivered to an address other than the one used to create your MyEutopia account, you will now be able to specify it.
     
  • View / set delivery mode and cost. Prices displayed in Eutopia.Market are supplier loco prices. To receive the products at home, the buyer will have to pay for the delivery service. Usually, the suppliers collaborate with specialized courier / cargo companies for the delivery of the products. The supplier can request payment of the delivery service together with the products or let the courier / cargo companies collect this fee directly. You will be informed who delivers the products and how much this service costs. Note: this information can also be consulted on the website of each provider, within the portal (visible by clicking on the name).
     
  • Generate order / orders. An order is generated for each supplier from whom you ordered products. For its services: online product presentation, sale intermediation, collection-transfer of value of ordered products, the company Grup Expert SRL issues an invoice in a fixed value of 2 Euro, for each supplier order. Note: this fee is not required if you have placed orders worth over 500 Euros in the last 6 months.
    To confirm the order launch, you must access the “Order registration” button. You will receive by e-mail a message confirming the successful registration of the order, accompanied by your orders and the invoice of Grup Expert SRL.

During all the steps, you can choose to continue shopping, accessing the "Continue shopping" button, located at the top right of the page.

WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION OF SUPPLIER (S)

Registered orders are sent in real time to suppliers. They usually fully confirm the acceptance of orders, but there is also the possibility, in the meantime, not to have all the items ordered, or the quantities requested from these items, facts reflected in the confirmations sent back to customers.
You will therefore receive one or more supplier confirmations, depending on how many orders you have sent. You will receive by email the proforma invoices, possibly with the mention of the changes.

PAYMENT ORDER

If you agree with the confirmation / confirmations, you can pay, according to the mentions on each invoice, in full or in installments, the requested amounts (in the Eutopia.Market collection account).

ORDER ARCHIVE CONSULTATION

You can always consult the "Order archive" to see the status of orders placed, including the status of those in progress.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

You will take possession of the products according to the specifications of each supplier invoice. The products are accompanied by the final invoices of the supplier / suppliers.

QUESTIONS, NOTICES, COMPLAINTS

What happens when I order from multiple vendors in the same shopping session?
The commercial conditions, the method and delivery fees, the return policy and fees, as well as the guarantees of the products / services may be different for each company, all of which are displayed within the portal, in the page of each manufacturer and supplier.

How do I pay for the orders?
Eutopia.Market offers buyers the opportunity to make payments in a collection account, from where the amounts will be distributed to suppliers, in the terms established with them (before delivery, periodically, or when reaching some value ceilings).
The payment of each invoice will be made within the deadlines set by each supplier, mentioned on each supplier invoice.

I did not receive the invoice, how do I get it?
Log in to your MyEutopia account. Go to the Order History section of the menu and select the order for which you want the invoice. Click Download and save the invoice.

I got the wrong billing data. I want an invoice for the company. How do I proceed?
If the order is completed, changing the billing data involves reversing the original invoice and redoing it with the new billing data. Re-invoicing can be done within the same accounting month. The request is sent by email, specifying both the order data to be re-invoiced and the new invoicing data.

How is the products delivered?
Suppliers can deliver to customers' homes or they can offer the ordered products at their own warehouse. For the cases in which the suppliers do not assume the delivery at the clients' home, they will be able to pick up the order directly from the supplier's warehouse or purchase, from the portal or from other sources, a delivery / transport service. The delivery method is specific to each supplier, being specified next to each offer and subsequently in the invoice.

I am not satisfied with the products or the delivery method
We are interested in receiving feedback from buyers, especially in the following post-sales situations: products delivered incompletely or incorrectly, delayed deliveries, products that do not meet the specifications on the site or packages that are damaged. Please communicate all the details by email and we will do all possible steps to remedy the situation and possibly recover the losses.
